Sow Reap Feed is a nonprofit organization strengthening hungry communities by rebuilding their access to and understanding of healthy foods.
We have developed two tools that help us reduce the impact of hunger now, while providing sustainable long-term solutions.
The Micro-Farm
Our micro-farm model allows us to provide food insecure communities with an access point for farm-fresh food as well as an opportunity to understand how to make it part of everyday life.
The Mobile Market
The JXN Mobile Market provides consistent access to fresh fruits and vegetables for the communities who find themselves abandoned by the traditional food system.
